She recognizes the importance of early resolution and will actively pursue settlement at all stages of the claim. If early settlement is not feasible, Ms. Liu will aggressively defend the claim to minimize exposure to benefits and discovery costs. Ms. Liu earned her bachelor's degree from UCLA in Political Science with a minor in Asian American Studies. She earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

It is with deep respect and honor that we remember Josh Hutton, a founding partner of our firm, who passed away July 1, 2025. Mr. Hutton was instrumental in shaping the firm and dedicated his life to serving clients with integrity and excellence. He was known for his strategic approach, encouraging clients to move cases swiftly toward resolution, and minimizing litigation costs. A native of West Virginia, Mr. Hutton earned dual degrees in Finance and Communication from West Virginia University in 1999 and obtained his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law in 2002.

Mr. Embisan has effectively represented Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and government municipalities.
